Winter Wines in the Valley

Welcome to Western Australia's oldest wine region.

Embrace winter in the valley as we invite you to indulge in one of our exclusive experiences throughout July. Immerse yourself in the heartwarming hospitality of local winemakers and discover the art of pairing winter wines with local produce.

Escape the city
Less than half an hour from Perth, the Swan Valley is steeped in history. The first vines here were planted in 1829, and you will find generations of tradition. Think fortified wines and deluxe desserts, marshmallow toasting over the firepit, museum wine flights, a mid-winter feast, chocolate pairing or enjoy the Swan Valley’s French wine varietals – there really is an event for everyone. Whether you’re a curious wine lover eager to taste some new wine varietals or a connoisseur, July is the perfect time to enjoy the beauty of winter, one sip at a time.
